Cancelling an order
You can cancel any order before it ships by messaging us on WhatsApp or writing to [email protected]. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full.
7-day exchange
You can exchange a piece for another size or colour within 7 days of delivery. Pieces must be unused, unwashed and in the original packing with tags. We arrange the pickup.
Refunds for damaged or wrong pieces
If a piece arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, WhatsApp us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full.
How refunds are paid
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method (UPI, card or net banking) within 5–7 working days of approval. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer within 5–7 working days.
Not eligible for exchange
Blouses stitched to your measurements, earrings (for hygiene reasons) and pieces marked final sale cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
