moumis.com is run by Moumis Design, owned by Moumita Majumder, Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata, West Bengal 700091, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products and prices
All prices are in Indian rupees and are the final price you pay, with free shipping. Handwoven and handmade pieces can vary slightly in colour and weave; this is part of their character, not a defect. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when we accept it. You can pay by UPI, card or net banking (through Razorpay) or cash on delivery. We may cancel an order if a piece is out of stock or details cannot be verified, and any payment is refunded in full.
Sun Rewards and coupons
Points are credited after delivery, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. One coupon per order. We may change or end offers with notice on the site.
Exchanges and refunds
Covered by our Cancellation & Refunds policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
